Kangana Ranaut has made a startling claim that Sanoj Mishra, the director of ‘The Diary of West Bengal‘, has gone missing. The Bollywood actress and MP has urged West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to help locate the filmmaker, sparking concern and raising questions about his sudden disappearance.
The Bollywood actress revealed that after a case was filed against him by the Bengal government, Mishra went to Kolkata and has been untraceable since.His wife has reached out to Kangana for assistance.

Kangana recently shared a photo of Sanoj on her Instagram story, expressing concern over his disappearance. She wrote that Mishra, the director of The Diary of West Bengal, went missing after the Mamata Banerjee government filed a case against him following the film’s trailer release. Mishra traveled to Kolkata on August 14th for a court hearing and hasn’t been seen since. Kangana added that his wife, deeply distressed, contacts her daily and has now left for Bengal to search for him. Kangana urged Mamata Banerjee to assist in finding Mishra.

A few days ago, Sanoj Mishra shared a post on Instagram expressing his fear and concern for his safety. Before his disappearance, he visited Chitrakoot to seek blessings from Guru Swami Ram Bhadracharya Ji. In his post, Sanoj mentioned his fears, hinting that something might happen to him, adding to the growing worry surrounding his whereabouts.

However, despite the blessings, Sanoj expressed that he was deeply troubled by the government’s oppressive policies against his film. He admitted to feeling broken and under immense pressure, apologizing to his friends for not responding to their birthday wishes. Sanoj ominously added that anything could happen to him at any time, revealing the extent of his fear.

Close associates reveal that Sanoj traveled to Kolkata after being summoned by the Kolkata Police, and he has been unreachable since, with his phone switched off for the last 48 hours.
