Maharashtra Board Class 12 Exam 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced an extension for filling out Class 12 examination forms for the 2025 session. Students can now submit their forms without a late fee from October 31 to November 10. Those applying after this period may still register with a late fee between November 15 and November 22. Applications are to be completed online, applying to regular students in various categories, including business course enrollees, re-exam candidates, private students, grade improvement exam participants, and those taking ITI subjects.
Schools and junior colleges are required to submit the pre-list of students along with a fee challan to the divisional board by November 27.
Last year’s Maharashtra Board exams saw positive results. For Class 10, conducted from March 1 to March 26, approximately 15 lakh students participated, achieving a 95.81% pass rate. In Class 12, the pass rate stood at 93.37%, with girls recording a higher success rate of 95.44% compared to boys at 91.60%. The Konkan division emerged with the highest pass rates for both classes.
With the extended deadline, MSBSHSE aims to provide more flexibility for students and institutions in managing exam registrations and submissions.
