NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday said after Ram Mandir’s inauguration in Ayodhya “it’s time for Krishna Kanhaiya Temple in Mathura”.
The BJP‘s star campaigner, while addressing a public rally in poll-bound Jharkhand, also tore into the Hemant Soren-led state government on the issues of corruption and infiltration, saying a “bulldozer is on standby to release looted funds” and that infiltrators will be kicked out after the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) forms government in the Tribal-dominated state.
“Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM)-led coalition halted Jharkhand’s development, they looted funds sent by PM Modi. The JMM-led coalition looted natural resources, and central funds; bulldozer is on standby to realise looted funds,” Yogi Adityanath in Jharkhand’s Jamtara said, according to news agency PTI.
Yogi Adityanath claimed that “rampant illegal mining of sand and coal by mafia making Jharkhand hollow”.
He further said: “Infiltrators will be kicked out as soon as the NDA forms government in Jharkhand, 1.5 lakh youths to get jobs.”
The UP CM asked the people to be “cautious of politicians dividing people on caste”, calling them the “enemies of society and country”.

“10 lakh Hindus massacred during partition in 1947 because Hindus were divided, now it’s time to be united: Adityanath in Jharkhand. When Hindus were divided, they faced slavery; now time for ‘ek rahenge, safe rahenge, na batenge, na katenge‘,” Yogi Adityanath was quoted as saying by news agency PTI.
Jharkhand has completed voting for the first phase of its Assembly elections, covering 43 out of 81 seats.
The remaining 38 seats, alongside Maharashtra’s 288 constituencies, will go to the polls on November 20. The counting of votes for both states is scheduled for November 23.
