The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the final results for the positions of Assistant Statistical Officer (ASO) and Assistant Research Officer (ARO). Candidates can access their results on the official website upsssc.gov.in.
The Document Verification process for the UPSSSC ASO/ARO posts took place from April 25 to May 17, 2023, with 2248 candidates qualifying for this round.The recruitment drive aims to fill 896 vacancies.

The result document also stated that announcement of 620 vacancies for the position of Assistant Research Officer (Statistics) by the Director General of Family Welfare, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, saw 601 candidates being selected for the positions, with the distribution among different categories being as follows: Unreserved-284, Scheduled Caste-60, Scheduled Tribe-21, Other Backward Class-193, and Economically Weaker Section- Against 62. Notably, despite only 06 candidates being available for the Scheduled Tribe category against 21 advertised posts, resulting in 15 vacancies. Additionally, 04 posts for the sub-category of disability, specifically for the deaf and hard of hearing category, remained vacant due to the lack of suitable candidates.
