Allu Arjun finally opened up about the tragic death of a woman during a stampede at the Pushpa 2 premiere in Hyderabad.
On X, he shared his sadness, offered condolences to her family, and promised personal support. He also assured he would meet them soon while respecting their privacy.

Sharing a video, he wrote on X, “Deeply heartbroken by the tragic incident at Sandhya Theatre. My heartfelt condolences go out to the grieving family during this unimaginably difficult time. I want to assure them they are not alone in this pain and will meet the family personally. While respecting their need for space to grieve, I stand committed to extend every possible assistance to help them navigate through this challenging journey.”
The tragic incident happened on December 4, 2024, at Sandhya 70mm Theatre, where huge crowds came to see Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna. The chaos led to the death of 35-year-old Revathi and injuries to her 13-year-old son. Allu Arjun has promised to support the grieving family.

Allu Arjun announced he would donate ₹25 lakh to the grieving family and cover all medical expenses. In a heartfelt message, he said, “We’d like to tell you that we are there for you. I’d like to donate an amount of Rs 25 lakhs. It’s just a goodwill gesture to secure their future.”
After the tragic incident, the victim’s family filed a complaint at Chikkadapally Police Station. A case was registered under Sections 105 and 118(1) read with 3(5) of the BNS Act. DCP Akshansh Yadav stated that the theatre management, Allu Arjun, and his security team are accused, and investigations are ongoing.
