Ameesha Patel recenlty asserted that she and Sunny Deol ‘ghost-directed’ parts of the film ‘Gadar‘. The sequel, directed by Anil Sharma, was a major box office success upon its August release last year, ranking among Bollywood’s top-grossing films.
During the filming of Gadar, Ameesha Patel recalled prolonged schedules where communication with director Anil Sharma often went through assistant directors due to creative differences.Despite occasional conflicts, their working relationship endured with moments of reconciliation.

The actress emphasized that her personal rapport with the filmmaker has remained unchanged over the past 23 years, expressing deep respect for him. She clarified their relationship is amicable, stating openness to collaborating on any future projects, including potential sequels like Gadar 3.
