Anushka Sharma reveals she and Virat Kohli cook for their children Vamika and Akaay for THIS reason: ‘I cheat a little by… ‘ – Times of India

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli serve couple goals and how! Of course, apart from the fact that the duo look gorgeous together, it’s also the way Virat and Anushka are around each other and with each other, which strikes a chord among fans. In a way, despite being so popular, both of them love to have a very normal life which is private. It’s one of the reasons why, Anushka and Virat have largely been spending time in London, post the birth of their second child Akaay Kohli.
The actress is in Mumbai at the moment as she attended a meet-and-greet event organised by a brand she endorses. This is a food brand and during an interaction at this event, Anushka shared that she and Virat follow a cooking ritual at home for their kids. “We had this discussion at home that if we don’t make the food our moms made at home, then we won’t be passing these recipes on to our kids. So, sometimes I cook, and sometimes my husband cooks, and we really try to replicate the way our mothers did. I cheat a little by calling my mom to ask for recipes, but it’s so important. It’s like you’re passing on something valuable to your children,” said the actress.
She also revealed that she’s very discliplined about their routine and eating habits despite the constant travel. The ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ actress said, “I am very particular about routine. We travel a lot as a family, and my kids experience many changes in their lives. So, by creating a routine for them, I am giving them a sense of control. Meal times are fixed, no matter where we are, we eat at the same time and sleep at the same time. It helps them regulate themselves much better.”
Anushka and Virat had become parents to Vamika in 2021 while their son Akaay was born in February this year.
