The Apple iPhone 16 series event is just a day away now. Apple will hold its annual fall iPhone-centric event on Monday, September 9 at 10.30 PM IST. There are multiple new devices expected, including new iPhone 16 models, refreshes for all of Apple Watch models (Apple Watch, Apple Watch Ultra and Apple Watch SE), new AirPods 4, and perhaps some other surprises.
Apple is expected to launch four new iPhone models — iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. This year’s biggest upgrade is said to be in cameras and likely screen size. Apple may slightly increase screen sizes of iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro. Screen size is reported to be getting bigger, and if true, it will be the first time that we’ve seen an increase in display size since the ‌iPhone‌ 12. Reports suggest that ‌iPhone 16‌ display will measure in at 6.3 inches, up from 6.1, while the ‌iPhone 16 Pro‌ Max will have a 6.9-inch display, up from 6.7 inches. The alleged dummy units photos also show the rear side of the phone with a vertically aligned dual rear camera unit, another first since iPhone 12. The photos circulating on the internet also show some new colour options for the iPhone 16 series.
