Malaika Arora’s father Anil Arora has died on Wednesday, September 11. This is due to alleged suicide as per reports. The news was reported by ANI who quoted the Mumbai Police saying, “Father of actress-model Malaika Arora died by suicide by jumping off a terrace. Police team is present at the spot.” According to the reports, this incident took place at 9am in the morning.
This has just been reported by the news agency and there’s yet no confirmation from the family.However, Malaika’s ex-husband Arbaaz Khan was spotted outside her building wearing a white shirt. One also saw police at her house.
The Bandra police along with the crime branch have reached the location of death, however, they have not found a suicide note so far. The body has now been sent for post mortem. According to reports, Malaika is currently not in the city and was in Pune when this incident happened. She’s on the way to Mumbai now on hearing this news.
This is indeed tragic and heartbreaking as netizens showered love and condolences as soon as the reports came out.
Malaika’s building has been cordoned off for now.
