Congress on Friday submitted more complaints to Election Commission alleging “glaring irregularities” in the election process in Haryana assembly elections taking the total number of constituencies from where EVM related issues have been reported by candidates to 20. “One of the issue faced by a significant number of our candidates was in relation to EVMs and their battery capacity,” Congress stated in its memorandum.EC sources told TOI that battery life of an EVM has no bearing on results.
