Ahead of the film’s release, netizens have drawn comparisons between the Bollywood murder mystery and the critically acclaimed 2021 series ‘Mare of Easttown‘, which starred Hollywood actress Kate Winslet.

However, she clarified that while Winslet inspires her, she noted that her character Jasmeet in the film, is her own interpretation.
