Jennifer Lopez’s past relationship with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been a topic of discussion of late. Though the singer-actress has maintained her silence on the matter of Diddy, especially following his legal troubles, people have questioned her time and again if she knew that Sean was involved in all such misdeeds. Now, according to Jennifer Lopez‘s one of the former staff members, the singer-actress had no idea about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ alleged criminal affairs.
Thea de Sousa, a former employee of Jennifer Lopez who worked with her in the 2000s, the same time when she was in a relationship with Diddy, has claimed that the ‘Unstoppable’ star had no connections to alleged crimes of the rapper, as quoted in a report by The Blast.
Thea mentioned that JLo shouldn’t be implicated in her ex-beau Sean Diddy Combs’ criminal misdeeds, as she was unaware of them. She also took to social media to express that Jennifer should not be associated with Sean’s scandals.
According to the Daily Mail report, Thea took to Threads to write, “If you knew Jennifer Lopez, if you ever worked with her like I did, or if you were close with people who are like family to her like I am, you would know she did not have any idea about Diddy.”
She added that Jennifer doesn’t enjoy drinking and isn’t a party person either. She is rather a workaholic who believes in motivating people. According to Thea, JLo was only charmed by Diddy for a very brief time.
Previously, Jennifer Lopez also mentioned that while she was in a relationship with Diddy, her emotional well-being took a toll. She added he was unfaithful to her. Though she never caught him in the act, she just knew he wasn’t loyal to her.
Meanwhile, Sean Diddy Combs has been behind bars at the Brooklyn MDC since his arrest on September 16, 2024. There are several lawsuits filed against him on the charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. So far, Sean’s attorneys have called all the legal suits and charges baseless. At the same time, the rapper has been denied bail more than twice.
