Selection Process
The selection for the Probationary Officer role involves two major stages:
Online Examination (Scheduled for December 22, 2024): The online exam will be conducted in multiple centres across India and consists of two parts: an objective test and a descriptive test.
Objective Test (200 Marks, 120 minutes)
Computer Awareness: 30 questions, 30 marks (15 minutes)
English Language: 50 questions, 50 marks (35 minutes)
General Awareness: 50 questions, 50 marks (20 minutes)
Reasoning: 30 questions, 30 marks (20 minutes)
Quantitative Aptitude: 40 questions, 40 marks (30 minutes)
Descriptive Test (25 Marks, 30 minutes): Candidates will be required to answer 2 descriptive questions in English.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the online exam will be called for an interview. This will take place at the bank’s headquarters in Mangaluru or another designated location.
Final Selection: The final selection will be based on the combined performance in both the online examination and the interview.
