Meanwhile, a CCTV video has emerged, capturing Mihir Shah leaving a Juhu pub at around 1.15am on Sunday in a Mercedes car accompanied by four of his friends prior to the fatal BMW car crash. It is believed that he later went to Marine Drive and the accident took place at 5.25am while he was on his way back.
Deputy commissioner of police Krishnakant Upadhyay stated that the police interrogated the Shah family’s chauffeur, Rajrishri Bidawat.
