NEW DELHI: The 17-year-old who was allegedly involved in the fatal Porsche crash in Pune city’s Kalyani Nagar, has admitted that he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident, TV reports suggested.
The reports, quoting the police, suggested that the accused teen while being interrogated by the police about the events leading to the accident, claimed that he couldn’t remember anything as he was drunk.
The Pune district and sessions court has placed the parents of the minor involved in the Pune Porsche crash case in police custody until June 5 on Sunday.
This ruling came after the parents were brought before the court in connection to blood sample manipulation incident.
On Saturday, Pune police arrested the mother of the teenager after it was confirmed that his blood samples had been swapped with hers.
