Shraddha Kapoor rents luxury apartment in Juhu for Rs 6 lakh per month after Stree 2 success: Report

Shraddha Kapoor, who is currently riding high on the success of her latest Bollywood blockbuster Stree 2, has rented a lavish apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu area for Rs 6 lakh per month, as revealed by property documents accessed by Zapkey.
The 3928.86 sq ft apartment will be leased for a year, with the actress paying an advance rent of Rs 72 lakh for the entire duration. The lease agreement, which was registered on October 16, includes four car parking spaces for the actress. The transaction also involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 36,000 and a registration fee of Rs 1,000, as per the documents.
Shraddha Kapoor, the daughter of Shakti Kapoor and Shivangi Kolhapure, made her acting debut with Teen Patti. She was last seen in Stree 2, directed by Amar Kaushik, which was released on August 15 this year. The horror-comedy, co-starring Rajkummar Rao, became a massive hit and was declared an all-time blockbuster. The film also featured Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee, and Pankaj Tripathi, with Akshay Kumar making a cameo and Tamannaah Bhatia appearing in a special role.

Stree 2 was released on August 15, Independence Day 2024, alongside other big Hindi films such as Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa. The film has etched its name in cinematic history by becoming the highest-grossing Hindi film ever, surpassing the lifetime collections of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan.

Recently, Shraddha shared that she got a lovely congratulatory wish from Tabu post Stree 2 success. “Tabu ma’am called me… She had most amazing things to say me on phone. She even sent me a personalised perfume with Stree written on it. She made me feel empowered and made me feel proud of myself,” she shared.
