On a day the Supreme Court judgement affirmed the right of Muslim women to seek maintenance under the secular law (Section 125 CrPC), the otherwise vociferous Muslim organisations like the All India Muslim Personal Law Board and Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind chose to be cautious with their functionaries saying that their legal teams were studying the order to decide on the future course of action.tnn
