Riyan Parag‘s effortless hit over long-off for a six in the ongoing second-round match of the Duleep Trophy between India A and India D at the Rural Development Trust Stadium in Anantapur has been doing the rounds on social media, with fans and Parag’s IPL team, Rajasthan Royals (RR), in awe of the shot.
Parag played a cameo of 39 off 27 balls in India A’s first innings on the opening day of the match on Thursday, before being dismissed by Arshdeep Singh.

Parag, who missed out on a maiden Test call-up for the series against Bangladesh, made his white-ball debut for India earlier this year in July in a T20I on the tour of Zimbabwe.
He has so far played six T20Is and one ODI in his nascent career, after his big-hitting form for RR in the IPL earlier this year impressed the BCCI selectors.
RR also shared the video of Parag’s six, and titled it with the caption: “Riyan Parag, you beauty!”
