TS LAWCET counselling 2024 registration begins tomorrow: Check eligibility criteria, important dates here – Times of India



The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will begin the registration process for the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) counselling 2024 tomorrow, i.e., August 5, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website, lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in. As per the information, the registration will be open for students aiming to pursue three-year or five-year LLB programmes.TSCHE will close the registration window on August 20, 2024.

Candidates can follow these steps to register for TS LAWCET counselling 2024:
Step 1: Visit the official website, i.e., lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads, ‘TS LAWCET 2024 registration’. (once the link is active)
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Register yourself for the counselling process.

Online Registration cum verification: Payment of registration fee online along with uploading scanned copies of certificates for verification. August 5 to August 20, 2024
Physical verification of Special category certificates (NCC / CAP / PH / Sports) by slot booking August 7 to August 10, 2024
Display of verified list of eligible registered candidates & call for corrections if any through e-mail service August 21, 2024
Exercising Web options- Phase I August 22 to August 23, 2024
Edit of web options-Phase -I August 24, 2024
Display the college wise list of Provisionally selected candidates on the website (Phase-I) August 27, 2024
Reporting at concerned colleges for Verification of Original Certificates August 28 to August 30, 20

TS LAWCET Counselling 2024: Eligibility criteria

According of the official notification, the following is the eligibility criteria:
For 3-Year LLB / BL: Candidates for 3-year LLB course should have passed any Graduate Degree (10+2+3 pattern) of a recognized University or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Universities concerned with 45% of aggregate marks for general category 42% for OBC Category and 40% for SC/ST.
5-Year LLB / BL: For 5-year LLB course, the candidate should have passed two year Intermediate Examination (with 10+2 pattern) with 45% of aggregate marks for general category 42% for OBC Category and 40% for SC/ST or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, TS/ AP.
LLM: Candidates should have passed LLB/BL from a recognized University.
