One remembers Ron Ely as the tall, muscular, handsome ‘Tarzan’ guy after he played the character in 1960s. Ron Ely who was 86 has passed away and his daughter Kirsten Casale Ely confirmed the news. She told The Association Press, that he had passed away on September 29 at his home in LA.
Ron’s daughter Kristen Ely also wrote a heartfelt tribute for her father on Instagram.She said, “The world has lost one of the greatest men it has ever known – and I have lost my dad.” Kristen further added, “He was an actor, writer, coach, mentor, family man and leader. He created a powerful wave of positive influence wherever he went. The impact he had on others is something that I have never witnessed in any other person – there was something truly magical about him. I knew him as my dad – and what a heaven sent honour that has been. To me, he hung the moon”
Though, she did not reveal the exact cause of Ron’s death, as per reports his health had gotten worse since the last few years. More so, due the the tragic event where his wife was murdered by his own son.

For those not in the know, in 2019, Ron’s 62-year odl wife Valerie Lundeen Ely was stabbed to death by their own son Cameron Ely. He was then killed by the police. Since then, Ron’s health had started deteriorating.
